THE SHOW Artist GREGG PALLINI Publishes First Book

Our dear friend Gregg Pallini, designer of the promotional art for THE SHOW has published his first book! A wonderful children's story entitled BANZOOGA: A TRUE STORY.

We're very proud of Gregg and incredibly happy to support him on this incredible achievement. He wrote and illustrated the book himself.

I have included a review from its page on Amazon.com:

GREGG PALLINI HAS NOT ALLOWED THE BANZOOGA TO LEAVE HIM, AND NOR SHOULD YOU.

In his first book, Gregg Pallini delivers what could possibly be one of the most inspirational and poignant pieces of children's literature since Shel Silverstein's THE GIVING TREE.

BANZOOGA: A TRUE STORY beautifully creates a duality between its lovable protagonist and its reader in a way only a truly clever and gifted storyteller could achieve. More than just a wonderful (and obviously personal) story about a boy and his friendship with the mysterious creature known as the Banzooga--that will no doubt ignite its young readers' (and/or their narrating parents') imaginations--Pallini dares to go far beyond the surface of his story and address the tragedy of how we so often allow our imaginations to slip away from us as we crossover into adulthood. Much like Chris Van Allsberg's classic THE POLAR EXPRESS, Pallini leaves us with the encouragement that we--child or adult--never allow ourselves to lose that magical gift we are blessed with in the beginning of our lives. A message he brilliantly reinforces by providing several blank pages at the end for its young readers to illustrate with their own visions and interpretations of the book's mysterious titular character (and even providing his e-mail for them to send their illustrations to).

BANZOOGA: A TRUE STORY is more than just another children's book, it's a powerful tool that will inspire and excite kids about art and their own creative voice, all while entertaining them at the same time. This is not just a gifted artist and storyteller gracing us with his work; this is a gifted artist calling upon the creative voices of tomorrow to join him in all the fun. To pursue whatever endeavor you may desire, and let infinity be your limitation!

A truly wonderful and inspirational achievement from a spectacular new voice that one can only hope is seen beyond its limited release and embraced by the masses. If you're a parent, a grandparent, an aunt or uncle, a babysitter, a teacher, or anyone with a child in your life, or perhaps even an adult who feels that you've lost that childlike sense of wonder, pick this book up!

The book is available for purchase on Amazon.com. As mentioned in the above review, if you have a child in your life, please buy them this book. A child's imagination is a wonderful place, and it should never be lost.

Gregg is currently working on the sequel.
